We all got our hands dirty and the result was fabulous fresh pasta made with the flavors of INFUSED Oils & Vinegars. Eleven customers participated in the September 6th Let’s Make Pasta Hands-on Cooking Demonstration at EVOO & Vin, learning just how easy it is to make fresh pasta at home.
The highlight of the night was a beautiful ribbon pasta created with INFUSED Cayenne Chili Olive Oil. The multi-colored pasta was created by adding roasted red bell pepper to half the pasta dough and then marrying alternating strips of colored vs. non-colored pasta together before rolling it through the KitchenAid Pasta Attachment. The lovely pink and white ribbon pasta was then stuffed with Cajun Crawfish and topped with Cayenne Chili Cream for an EXTRAORDINARY ravioli presentation. Other recipes prepared during the evening were Summer Basil Spaghetti and Mushroom & Sage Beef Stroganoff. The positive feedback we received after the event makes this class sure to be repeated in the coming months.
