Champagne is the only way to start a party! Add a little Raspberry White Balsamic and Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic and you have an INFUSED Re-Branding LAUNCH PARTY! For 4 days last week, our guests and customers were greeted at the door with this fabulous cocktail. They browsed our store, learned about the myths and misconceptions of the olive oil industry, participated in hands-on cooking demonstrations and enjoyed EXTRAORDINARY foods made with our Infused Oils and Vinegars. It was a WONDERFUL celebration.
And then the cooking demonstrations… Three Hands-on demonstrations in 4 days! Wow, what a marathon. It was great to see so many familiar faces in my classes and to meet new customers and friends. We made Whiskey Cinnamon-Pear Sweet Potatoes, Blood Orange and Coconut Salmon, Pulled Pork, Mission Fig Balsamic Brussels Sprouts….etc…etc…etc. Everyone left with ideas and recipes to use in their cooking and no one went away hungry.
By all measures, the re-Branding event was a great success and a great start to our New INFUSED Oils & Vinegars store. If you didn’t have a chance to join us, I hope you will stop by during the holiday season to see our new logo and to try some of our products. I am excited about these oils & vinegars and I can’t wait to show you how using them will turn your ordinary recipes into EXTRAORDINARY foods.
