Uses: Mix 1 tablesppon with 1/4 cup olive oil and let sit for half an hour to allow the herbs and spices to soften. A tablesppon of freshly grated parmesan cheese stireed in makes this insaely good. Toss with olives, tomatoes, feta cheese and cucumber for a delicious Greek salad, rub on fish or chicken before grilling, or serve with warm slices of fresh bread.
