PESTO RIVIERA

A characteristic touch of Liguria.  The sun-dried tomatoes add a new depth of flavor to this pesto.  Great on bruschetta, added to Italian Sub sandwiches.

Ingredients: Taggiasca Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil, P.D.O. Grana Padano Cheese (Milk, Salt, Rennet, Egg Lysozyme), P.D.O. Pecorino Romano Cheese (Sheep's Milk, Salt, Rennet), Sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, salt, garlic, oregano.
