From Kalamata, Greece, our Honey Balsamic Cream (aka Glaze) is made by combining concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar and wildflower honey. We use a unique filtration process which results in a rich consistency.

Use it as a marinade, as a drizzle over grilled meats or incorporate it in chopped meat for delicious burgers. No Sugar added
