We make every effort to fulfill online orders with one business day. We reserve the right to choose a carrier for each online order. We reserve the right to deliver local packages.
Our system will automatically send an email to the email address on the order when the shipment has been completed. Tracking information will be available on the carrier's website.
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If you have not received your package within 7 days, please contact the appropriate carrier regarding the status of your delivery. If your package arrives with damage, please take photos to document the damage and contact the carrier for reimbursement.
If your package arrives intact, but the contents have been damaged, please contact us at 972-789-9610 or chefmichelle@infusedoilsandvinegars.com for resolution.
