This is an easy crock pot recipe that is like a Tuscan chicken and dumplings.
Ingredients:

Whole Chicken cut up (with bone in and skin on)

Delezia Basil Pesto |
32 oz
|
Unsalted Chicken Stock
|
1 TBSP
|
Bologna Herbal Salt |
1 Tsp
|
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
|
1 Pkg
|
Gnocchi |
1/4 cup |
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
|
Directions:
Put all ingredients (except the gnocchi) in a crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add the gnocchi.
Garnish with Parmesan and enjoy!!
