Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 lbs        Beef Short Ribs

2 TBSP     Kosher Salt

1 TBSP    Black Pepper

1 tsp        Cayenne Pepper

2 TBSP    Olive Oil (Garlic would be an excellent INFUSED Flavor)

½ cup     INFUSED Espresso Dark Balsamic

½ cup     Beef Stock

2 TBSP     Brown Sugar

1 TBSP     Soy Sauce

Directions

Instructions:

Heat oven to 325ºF.

Combine Salt, black pepper and red pepper. Season ribs evenly on all sides with spice mixture.

Heat olive oil in heavy bottomed dutch oven. When oil is hot, Sear ribs, browning on all sides.

In a small saucepan, simmer INFUSED Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar, stock, sugar, and soy sauce until liquid is reduced by half.

Pour over ribs, cover, and braise 2–2.5 hours until tender.
