Olive Oil Cocktail

Ingredients

2 parts     Pernod
5 parts     Peach Juice
2 parts     Apple Juice
1 part       INFUSED Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ice for shaking
Mint for Garnish

 

Directions

Chill all ingredients except the Olive Oil prior to mixing.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.

Serve in a very cold fluted glass, garnish with mint
