Basic Vinaigrette

Ingredients 

1/2 Cup     Balsamic Vinegar of your choice

1/2 Cup    Olive Oil of your choice

1 TBSP      Honey (use less with sweeter balsamic)

1 TBSP      Dijon Mustard

1 tsp          Garlic Powder

 To taste     Salt

 To taste     Black Pepper, freshly ground

1 tsp          Fresh Herbs (Optional) 

Directions

Blend ingredients together and serve, use jar with lid or blender to mix ingredients.
