Balsamic vinegar is a vinegar originating from Italy, increasingly popular throughout the world. The original, costly, traditional balsamic vinegar is made from a reduction of cooked white Trebbiano grape juice. It has been produced in Modena and Reggio Emilia since the Middle Ages, being mentioned in a document dated 1046. Our flavored vinegars are made by infusing plant essence into balsamics. We have both dark and white balsamics. Both are made in the same way except that the white balsamics have not been caramelized and therefore remain colorless.
Our Balsamic Vinegars are all natural with no artificial flavors or ingredients. No added sugars or caramel color dyes are ever used.
